3th: How to make Tsukuri obi (instant Nagoya-obi). Remaking Dou.

Hi!
This time we will deal with Dou (If you forget it, see the picture), which you roll around yourself.
The operation is not difficult! Let's start!!

1. Cut Koshihimo half

2. Cut the padding cloth 
The width is about 2 cm.
The edge should be folded inside. The width is about 1cm.

3. Sew Koshihimo on each edge of Dou
Please confirm which is the upper side (See No.4). 
⚠Sew Koshihimo on Dou elaborately because you pull this part powerfully when you wear the obi.

You should insert Koshihimo in the open edge of Dou.
Please sew as you like and fix it.
And close both sides of Dou by doing Honguke or using a glue for crafts.
In many cases, you can use Dou reversibly (you can show the different patterns).
